Keep in mind, do not use any content of this site for your commercial use. If we find such a disgusting activity we will permanently block you to use our service.

Visitor don't need to give us their private information to use public web blog based article and open sourced product. Terms and Conditions of Sale of Digital Products

  • "Digital Products" refers to Audio, Videos, eBooks, and Online Training/Learning Content hosted by Esikai Online Education and its affiliate our partners.
  • By purchasing Digital Products through this site, you are agreeing to these terms and entering into a contract with ESikai Online Education, Chapakot-4, Syangja, Nepal, 33800
  • All advice is provided "as is" with no warranties or indemnities as to its appropriateness for your particular situation. ESikai Online Education takes no responsibility for the implementation of any advice in your own marketing or the outcomes of such implementation.
  • When you purchase access to the Digital Products you are purchasing a non-transferable, non-exclusive right to access the information. You may not publish or share the Digital Products or your login details with anyone else. If you wish to purchase company-wide access, please get in touch.

Return, refund and cancellation policy

Our policy is not to offer refunds on Digital Products. Should you consider your situation to be a special circumstance then please get in contact with us and we shall consider your individual request. In the event that we do issue a refund, your access to the Digital Products will be revoked. (alert-warning)
  • Delivery policy: Digital Products bought through the our Store are delivered via email.
  • We reserves all other rights.
  • We provides no guarantee of availability of the web server or hosting of the Digital Products. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to provide availability. In the event of continued unavailability, Distilled will make commercially reasonable efforts to make the Digital Products available to download locally.
  • For any customer inquiries, please email info@esikai.com.np or contact us as fast as possible.
  • Privacy: we take your privacy very seriously. If you opt in to receive information about related Digital Products from us, we will occasionally email you about that. Other than that, we will only contact you in direct relation to the items you have purchased from us. We will never sell or rent your details.

Re-fond Policy (Only For Physical Product)

Since Esikai Online Education is offering non-tangible Advertising Services we do not issue refunds once the order is completed, payment is made and your advertisement is displayed on our Website. As a customer you are responsible for understanding this before purchasing any services from our Website. (alert-error)
At Nepali time we work very hard to deliver our products and shopping experience to you. However, sometimes because of the technical problems and scale of operation a few exceptional cases do happen. If for any reason you do not feel satisfied with the product delivered to you then please get in touch with our Customer Service team for an appropriate resolution. We will try our best to replace the product to your satisfaction and if that is not possible because of some operational constraint then we will provide full refund as per the requirement. In all such circumstances, before using the product, please get in touch with our Customer Service Team who will guide you on the process for the same.
And in case you have received your order with the outer packaging tampered/meddled, then please capture a snap of the same and share with us. To make things fair for all of us and provide you with the benefits of the Return Policy, we adhere to below mention points. (alert-warning)
  • All items to be returned must be unused and in their original condition. The original tags, packaging should be intact.
  • Once we receive the return from you, we will re-fond your amount to your bank, eSewa or other payment account. Note : in some case, document handling and shipping cost charged to return the product may apply.
  • We would not be able to accept a product if it shows sign of being broken or tampered with by you.
  • We expect that while returning the product you will pack the product very safely and securely. We won't be able to entertain any damage/lost in Transit (For example:- If a complaint was raised for Wrong Product Delivery and the sent item got damaged in the transit then we will not be responsible for the damage and eventually may not be in a position of replacement for the original one as well).
  • Please Note: We may not be able to exchange products bought during sale or discount. Replacement/exchange is subject to product/ stock availability.

What to do if I want Replacement/Refund?

  • Please follow these steps to claim Replacement/Refund without any hiccups
  • Give us a call on +9779817106847 or drop an email at info@esikai.com.np within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Please pack the product back in its packing and mention the following details
    • √ Ordered ID: (As provided by the customer care) for the Return
    • √ Order : Number generated at the time of order Placement.
    • √ Reason for Return: Please choose a reason from the below mentioned list
  • Defective Product
  • Damaged Delivery
  • Incorrect Product Delivered
  • Others- If others then please specify (Please mention the reason in Nepali/English only)
    • √ Your full Contact Details: Your name, address, phone number and email address.
    • √ Picture of Damaged Product: Needed only if you are returning a Damaged Manufacture warranty product.

You have to return it to the following Address:

Chapakot-4, syangja, Nepal. Send an email to info@esikai.com.np with a scanned copy of courier charges receipt, please mention the Your Name, Contact Number, Order number, Ordered ID and also send Picture of the Product (for physical product) if you received a damaged product. This email is required to reimburse you for the courier charges you paid for returning the product.

Do you provide a pick up from the doorstep in case I want to return a product?

We will not be able to provide pickup from your doorstep, however in case of heavy goods (in terms of weight/size) or the City from which it has to be picked up, we may consider picking the product. This decision is solely at the discretion of the company/designated authorities. For any of the products sent by you, we will refund the courier charges.

What is the Payment Mode for Refund?

It would remain the same as paid by you to www.esikai.com.np while placing an order. If you paid online, then it will be returned online, if you paid by Cash of Delivery option then it would be refunded to you via Demand Draft which will be sent to your address as mentioned while returning the product.
